It is the GAPS in community that need to be identified AND filled to realise real solutions for both today’s AND tomorrow’s generations. Families, individuals, institutions, government AND organisations all have a responsibility in society’s development by creating the required framework. Neighbour helping neighbour. Friend helping friend. Family helping Family. This happens when ME becomes WE.
There is no solution already created that requires to be disrupted unless the solution is not complete. Only incomplete solutions leave a trail of problems waiting to be challenged within the ecosystem of the solution itself.
The best laid plans remain just talk until they’re put into action. The bridge between thought leaders and impact leaders is where the DOing gets done. It takes both types of leaders, just as it takes both thought and action to deliver success.
There is no value in keeping a solution secret if we think beyond ourselves and want to impact the world. Therefore to maximise the value of what we do, we freely share it such that its value becomes priceless.
HUMILITY
Anything BIG always starts SMALL; and method enables us to grow strong, grow tall and last through the tides of time.
The dreams of tomorrow are the seeds of today and a field of fertile soil is needed for the planting. The bigger the dreams, the bigger the field that is needed. When we dream to unite a nation, then the field must be the size of the world.
Understanding that the capacity of everything that is huge begins small such that it can build well. The greatest novel begins with a single letter, the greatest song with the very first note, the greatest marathon with the very first step.
Building towards our dreams on the lessons learned yesterday allows us to build strong. As we grow towards our dreams for tomorrow, we build upon the solid foundation laid yesterday.
Putting a plan into action is the only way to test, evaluate and prove what is possible. Anything less is just talk.
As our mind seeks ANSWERS, we come to the Gauge of THOUGHT that when empty DISTRUSTS humanity to focus only on SELF, to when full TRUSTS in HUMANITY to believe in a common good for all.
The KEY to TRUTH.
As our actions seek SUCCESS, we come to the Gauge of ACTION that when empty moves towards GREED and gain for SELF, to when full aims for GENEROSITY towards the equality and fairness of all.
The KEY to EQUALITY.
As our we seek MEANING in life, we come to the Gauge of PURPOSE that when empty breeds SELFISHNESS being purposed for SELF, to when full is purposed for OTHERS maturing us towards SELFLESSNESS.
The KEY to SUCCESS.
LIFE is all about making the MOST out of EVERYTHING.
Yesterday contains the most valuable lessons we will ever learn, and to love learning is what ensures that our future is bright. The foundation for both today and tomorrow is built on the love of yesterday.
LOVE brings PROFIT.
Today is what is right in front of us. Every breath; every step; every word; defines what TODAY becomes for all of us. To give hope and receive hope makes yesterday worth it, and tomorrow all that more exciting.
HOPE brings ENDURANCE.
What has not yet happened we can only approach on the foundation of love from yesterday, with the hope for today, leading us to having faith that tomorrow will be greater in every way.
FAITH brings UNITY.
Everyone has their place and it takes every place to complete the picture.
In the absence of diversity, the capacity of creativity is limited. Unity in diversity IS the foundation of LIFE’S possibilities opening the MIND to what could be, what should be and what would be.
UNITY requires CREATIVITY.
True inclusion is one of the most illusive objectives in modern society. Unity cannot exist where anyone is excluded, though not everyone is willing to be inclusive when they are included.
UNITY requires ACCEPTANCE.
Real authority is found in our ability to have people move with us, not for us. That is the highest form of influence. That people follow because they believe in what we stand for, what we walk for, and join the journey.
UNITY requires RESPONSIBILITY.
